2. What is your return policy?

Return / Refund is accepted within 7 days ( the date depends on the DHL ) Please contact us first and return the goods according to the return address.

To avoid delivery lost, return should be arranged by register airmail. And the shipping fees of return should be paid by the buyer if it is nothing about the quality problem.

Please make sure the items remain the original state. We do not accept damaged items.

3. How do you process the hair?

⑴ Collect and choose hair material -- Go to Indian or other countries to collect raw hair. Pick the best healthy young girl’s hair. One donor hair. If the hair is damaged, we will not choose it.

⑵ Classify -- Classify the hair to different colors and lengths. Some in natural black and some in natural brown.

⑶ Clean and sterilize the hair -- Clean the dirt in the hair and sterilize the hair under high temperature.

⑷ Machine make double weft -- Use machine to make single weft first. Then put 2 single weft together to make double wefts, make sure no hair shedding.

⑸ Comb out the short hair -- Comb the hair extension and comb out those short hair which is not sew into weft.

⑹ Clean and sterilize the hair again -- Clean the hair and sterilize the hair again.

⑺ Steam the hair style -- Steam the style and clean the hair with nutrient again.

⑻ Comb out the damaged hair -- Comb the hair out which is damaged under high temperature sterilization and make it soft and glossy.

⑼ Quality inspection -- Supervisor will test the hair, dye color, perm or comb to make sure no any quality problem.

⑽ Packing and shipping.

There are 20 steps to produce high quality hair extension. The steps we send you are the general procedure. During the process, we will clean, comb and nourish the hair many times for making sure the hair is absolutely healthy as before. 6 Quality inspectors also will supervise the quality from picking the raw material to shipping.
